Dallas Print Studio encourages students to thoroughly review this education policy before registering for classes.

Registration & Tuition

Classes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is required at the time of registration; we accept major credit cards and cash (no checks).
You will be notified only about scheduling changes, cancellations, or if a class is full.

Refunds & Credits

We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any class, in which case you may opt for a refund or a tuition credit.
Withdrawals made at least 7 days before the class start date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations between 3-6 days prior to the class will get a 50% refund; cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 25% refund. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
There are no refunds for classes missed due to personal circumstances, and make-up sessions in other sections are not permitted.
All refunds will be issued via mailed check or as tuition credits within 30 days.
Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance; students may only reschedule once. Refunds are not available for missed rescheduled dates.

Holidays

The Print Studio observes major holidays, and class schedules will be adjusted accordingly. These dates will be listed on the class schedule and website.

Children & Teens

Students aged 17 and older may enroll in adult classes, while those aged 12-18 can register with completed registration forms and waivers from a parent or guardian.

Materials & Supplies

Students are responsible for providing their own materials unless otherwise specified. While personal tools may be brought to class, the Print Studio is not liable for any loss or damage. Studio screens will be reclaimed after the course concludes, and no tools or supplies may be removed from the studio.

Project Storage

Instructors will indicate designated storage areas for projects, which must be labeled with the student's name. All materials must be collected at the end of the last class unless prior permission is granted. Unclaimed items may be disposed of, and the Print Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
